Nature of Products
Archive Crybaby offers secondhand and vintage items that have been carefully selected. Each product is unique and may show light signs of wear consistent with its history. These characteristics are inherent to the nature of the products offered and do not constitute a defect. Descriptions and photographs reflect the actual condition of items as accurately as possible.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in euros and include all applicable taxes. Shipping costs are specified before order confirmation. Archive Crybaby reserves the right to modify its prices without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
Orders
An order is registered upon payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent summarising the details of your purchase. Archive Crybaby reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, supply issues or a manifest error in pricing or product descriptions.
Payment
Payment is made online via the methods available on the site. Payments are secured by specialist providers. Archive Crybaby does not have access to your banking details.
Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided at the time of the order. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Archive Crybaby is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external circumstances.
Receipt of Products
Upon receiving your parcel, please inspect the items carefully. In the event of damage or an error, notify Archive Crybaby by email within 48 hours of delivery. No claim will be accepted beyond this deadline.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted in accordance with the returns policy available on the site. No return will be accepted without prior approval. Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Item Availability
Each piece is unique. Sales are made subject to available stock. In the event of unavailability following order confirmation, you will be notified by email and fully refunded.
Authenticity and Quality
Archive Crybaby is committed to offering authentic items that have been carefully inspected and described. Any information relating to the origin or year of production corresponds to our knowledge at the time of listing.
Liability
Archive Crybaby is not liable for indirect losses, intangible damages or consequences arising from the use of products. Our liability is limited to the compliant delivery of the purchased item.
