At Archive Crybaby, we ship our secondhand, vintage and archive items worldwide. Every order is carefully prepared to ensure your pieces are well protected during transit.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment has been confirmed, depending on item availability and processing volume. During busy periods, this timeframe may be slightly extended.
Delivery Times
Delivery times indicated on the site are provided as a guide only. They depend on the destination, the carrier and logistical conditions. Timeframes begin from the date of shipment, not the date of the order.
Delivery Zones
We deliver within France, across the European Union and to many countries internationally. Destinations outside the EU may be limited depending on carrier restrictions. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us in advance at archivecrybaby@gmail.com to confirm delivery to your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation. For deliveries within France and the European Union, shipping costs are €25 via DHL Express. For international deliveries outside the EU, shipping costs are €50 via DHL Express. These amounts may only be revised in the event of a change in delivery zone or carrier policy. Any customs duties, taxes or administrative fees remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customs, Taxes and Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes or other administrative fees payable upon import. These amounts are not included in the shipping costs displayed on the site.
Packaging
Each item is carefully packaged to protect the material, colour and details characteristic of a vintage or secondhand piece. For fragile, delicate or high-value items, reinforced packaging is used. Wherever possible, we use recycled and reusable materials in order to minimise our environmental impact.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, your parcel is sent via DHL Express with a tracking number provided. You will receive an email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow your order through to its destination. Delivery times and tracking are subject to DHL and the destination. Should any issue arise, please notify us at archivecrybaby@gmail.com.
Liability and Damage
Upon receiving your parcel, please inspect the packaging and the item as soon as possible. If the parcel is open, damaged or visibly tampered with, note the issue with the carrier and report it to Archive Crybaby within 48 hours of delivery, attaching clear photos. Archive Crybaby's liability applies within the scope of legal obligations but does not cover delays or damages attributable to the carrier or external events.
International Returns
Returns are accepted in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless an incorrect or non-conforming item was received due to our error.
Policy Changes
We may update this Shipping Policy to reflect changes in carriers, delivery zones, customs regulations or technical conditions. Any updates will be published on this page and will apply to new orders.
