Refund policy

At Archive Crybaby, we pay close attention to the selection and description of each piece. As most of our items are secondhand, vintage or archive, they may show signs of wear consistent with their history, clearly noted in the product listing.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return, in accordance with the right of withdrawal applicable to distance selling. After these 14 days, no return or refund can be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be sent back in the same condition in which it was received. It must not have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after receipt. No return will be accepted without a prior request and written approval from us.

Item Condition

Items sold on Archive Crybaby are secondhand, vintage or archive pieces. Their condition is described as accurately as possible on the site. Signs of wear mentioned or visible in the photos do not constitute a defect and cannot justify a refund if they were disclosed prior to purchase.

Damage and Order Errors

Upon receiving your order, please inspect your package and its contents as soon as possible. If an item is damaged, incorrect or if an error was made, contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery, attaching clear photos, so we can review the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned. This includes gift cards, personalised items and products marked as non-returnable on their product listing. Sale or discounted items may also be excluded from returns if stated at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different item, you must first request a return (if approved) and then place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method used at checkout within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Return Shipping Costs

Unless you received an incorrect or non-conforming item due to our error, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
